How long are the classes?
Each session lasts approximately 45-60 minutes, allowing plenty of time to cover all key information and answer your questions.

Can my family or caregiver attend with me?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a family member or caregiver along to help support you. Having someone there can help you absorb the information better and assist you with post-surgery care.

Will I have one-on-one time with the Athletic Therapist?
The classes are group sessions, but you will have opportunities to ask questions during and after the class. If you need personalized advice, we can arrange for one-on-one consultations.
