We invest in advanced diagnostics to ensure no detail is missed — including Infrared Video Goggles, which improve accuracy in detecting eye movements tied to vestibular dysfunction. Our therapists are trained in evidence-based vestibular rehab techniques and collaborate directly with sports medicine doctors and specialists when needed. With access to four clinics and the latest tech, your care is timely, expert, and individualized.

What to Expect
On your first visit, you’ll undergo a detailed assessment that may include oculomotor testing, balance screening, and positional maneuvers using infrared goggles. Your therapist will identify the cause of your symptoms and create a custom treatment plan — often involving repositioning techniques, balance and gaze stabilization exercises, and home programs. Education is a core part of care, so you understand your condition and recovery process fully.
