While completing his undergraduate degree at Queen’s University in Kinesiology, Robin was the varsity Basketball trainer, helping athletes with their off and on the court training and rehabilitation. He continued his education by obtaining his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University.
Robin is very sports oriented; a previous soccer player, and having a large passion for the game, Robin was selected to work as a soccer on-field therapist at the 2015 Pan Am games.
He has a special interest in manual therapy obtaining his Level 3 certification from the Orthopedic division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He is credentialed through the Titleist Performance Institute as a Medical Level 3 practitioner for golf specific rehabilitation. Robin continues to progress the profession of physiotherapy in his role as an Associate Clinical Professor (Adjunct) in the School of Rehabilitation Sciences at McMaster University.
Robin’s therapy is focused around the balance of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and acupuncture. He has 5 years of experience in concussion rehabilitation through Complete Concussion Management. Outside the clinic, Robin is an avid golfer and a general sports enthusiast (Go Leafs Go!). He resides in Stoney Creek and spends his free time with his wife touring around the Niagara peninsula enjoying the local food and drink.
Tanisha Panjwani

Tanisha obtained her Master’s in Physical Therapy degree from McGill University in 2020. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy degree in India with honors in 2018. During her time at McGill, she has worked with people of all age groups at hospitals and rehab centres in Montreal to help them achieve their functional goals.
A big believer in exercise and client-centered care, Tanisha combines manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education in her sessions with patients. Her approach involves empowering patients by providing them with the knowledge and tools needed for proper recovery. As a dedicated lifelong learner, Tanisha is committed to continuing education to improve her ability to achieve the best outcomes for her patients.
Outside of work, Tanisha enjoys staying active by playing badminton and volleyball, dancing and spending time with friends and family. Tanisha is excited to work alongside a team that delivers holistic and high quality of care to all clients.
Nick Dozzi
Registered Physiotherapist
Nicholas was born and raised in Hamilton. Growing up as a hockey player in the area, he became passionate about rehabilitation and performance early in his career, looking for ways to stay healthy and gain a competitive advantage. Nick played junior hockey all over Ontario and Canada including a year on the east coast in Sydney, Nova Scotia where he played for the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles in the QMJHL. After moving back home he pursued his education at Brock university while continuing to play junior hockey for the St. Catharines Falcons. When Nick is not at the clinic, he likes to spend his free time playing golf in the summer and snowboarding in the winter with resistance training mixed throughout.
Nick earned his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2022. Prior to that, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Brock University during which he volunteered in the sports performance program in strength and conditioning, working with the varsity Women’s Basketball and Volleyball teams. Nick also worked at a local Hamilton gym for over 5 years with everyone from professional hockey players and collegiate athletes of various sports to the general population to help them achieve their lifestyle and performance goals.
Now with his Physical Therapy degree and years of athletic development Nick combines all his experience and passion to help those of all ages and abilities achieve their goals. As a practitioner, Nick believes exercise and education are integral to a successful rehab and uses manual therapy and soft tissue techniques to supplement his approach.
Ryan Parco

Ryan completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Western University and went onto post-graduate achieving a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY. His main focus was orthopedic manual and post-operative therapy. After becoming licensed as a physical therapist in Canada and the United States, Ryan worked in several acute surgical and private clinical settings across North America. His areas of expertise include treating orthopedic and repetitive injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation and trigger-point therapy. Outside of the clinic, Ryan is active in local running groups and continues to play hockey, soccer, volleyball and golf.
Eric Jones

Eric grew up in Burlington, Ontario and has spent the last year living and working in Kelowna, British Columbia. He completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Western University (2016) and furthered his education as a member of the inaugural Masters of Professional Kinesiology class at the University of Toronto (2018). Eager to continue his life-long journey of learning, Eric returned to the University of Toronto to complete his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy (2022).
Throughout his diverse career, Eric has gained a wide range of experiences working with patients of all ages and function level. He has worked in several outpatient physiotherapy clinics, focusing on treating patients with both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Overall, he strives to promote a healthy and active lifestyle in his patients. Eric uses an evidenced-based treatment style which focuses on education, individualized exercise prescription and manual therapy to help his patients achieve their goals.
In his free time, Eric enjoys all things sports. He is a born and raised Toronto Maple Leafs fan and spends his Sunday’s watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. Outside of the clinic, you can find Eric running through the Red Hill Valley trails or exploring all of the beautiful hiking areas Hamilton has to offer.

Andrew graduated from the Physical therapy program at the University of Toronto after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario in Rehabilitation Sciences. Through his education, Andrew has gained experience working with people from all walks of life and with differing needs.
Andrew strives to build strong relationships with his clients and to help them achieve their goals. He is dedicated to empowering his clients and will work with you to create a plan of care that fits your needs.
Andrew utilizes a combination of manual therapy, education, and exercise therapy to restore function and get you back to doing what you love. Outside of the clinic you can find Andrew cycling, weight training, or enjoying the outdoors.

Katie completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University. Prior to completing her Physiotherapy degree, Katie obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at Queen’s University, where she was also a member of the Women’s Varsity Volleyball team. As a varsity athlete, Katie experienced first-hand the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation.
As a Registered Physiotherapist, Katie always strives to provide evidence-based and patient-centred care. Katie is dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment and helping clients reach their performance goals. Katie is able to offer clients various treatments like manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, active release, cupping, acupuncture, dry needling, exercise and education. Katie has also received her designations as a Function Mobility Specialist, certified in Functional Range Conditioning® (FRC), and as a Reformer Certified Pilates Therapist.
Katie is especially passionate about helping athletes improve their performance - whether it’s recovering from an injury or improving functional mobility and strength. Katie has worked with several Professional and Elite athletes.

Dr. Alli Clouse is passionate about your health and uses an evidence-based approach to create a unique treatment plan with your goals in mind. Beyond providing immediate relief, Dr. Clouse will equip you with tools and strategies to prevent pain from returning. She will work with you to create sustainable changes for long-lasting relief. Dr. Clouse is dedicated to helping patients of all activity levels reach their full potential.
Dr. Alli Clouse graduated from the University of Guelph where she completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics. She also obtained a Master of Science Degree in 2019 in Human Health and Nutritional Science. During her time at the University of Guelph, Dr. Clouse played on the Gryphon Women’s Varsity Soccer team, and continued in a coaching role. Dr. Clouse continued her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2023. Dr. Clouse is certified in Integrated Needling and practices as an Emergency First Responder in the GTA and Halton region.

Jennifer attended Brock University in which she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, where she developed a passion for sport rehabilitation. She then went on to Sheridan college obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Athletic Therapy. Jennifer continues to further her education and is a Level 1 Fascial Stretch Practitioner as well as an Ossur Advanced Bracing Technician.
Jennifer has worked in multidisciplinary clinics focusing on finding the root cause of pain. She has experience treating varsity athletes, post-surgical, as well as acute and chronic injuries. This gives her the ability to treat all aspects of a patients concern, from prehabilitation, beginning stages of injury to full return to sport and activities of daily living. Jennifer also has experience with custom and off the shelf bracing for many brace companies such as Bauerfeind, Ossur, Breg and DonJoy.

Jennifer completed her Kinesiology degree in 2008 and has been registered as a Massage Therapist since 2009. She has built a practice working with a diverse population including athletes, everyday people, those with chronic disease and illness, children and everything in between. She provides deep tissue massage, sports massage, athletic taping and enjoys educating her patients on ways to take control of their well-being. Jennifer is in the process of finishing a diploma in Holistic Nutrition and looks forward to adding that into her practice.
Being physically active is a very important part of Jennifer’s life. She has played soccer most of her life, as well as dancing, yoga and now rock-climbing. If you don’t see her in the clinic, it’s probably because she’s on a plane travelling!

Amy is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Rehabilitation Science at the University of Waterloo, followed by a Master of Professional Kinesiology from Brock University.
With a strong foundation in movement-based rehabilitation, she focuses on helping clients restore function, improve strength, and move with confidence. She has additional training as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialist and values a personalized, evidence-based approach to care. Her experience in multidisciplinary clinics has allowed her to work with a wide range of clients, from those recovering from injury or surgery to individuals looking to enhance performance and prevent future issues.
In her role, Amy also provides custom and off-the-shelf bracing solutions, supporting clients through every stage of recovery and return to activity.

Kasey first started working in the medical field in 2010 with a team of family Doctors. Doing this, she found her passion helping patients with their medical care. In 2020 she has decided to further her career at NOI Hamilton, where she currently acts as Clinic Manager and Medical Administrator. Kasey’s leadership, organisational skills and passion for her work allow her to thrive in this role.
She is excited to be apart of a growing team at NOI Hamilton, working along side our Orthopaedic Surgeons and Sports Medicine Doctors.

Dr. Darren de SA is an Orthopaedic Surgeon and Assistant Professor at McMaster University, whose clinical scope includes sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, and musculoskeletal trauma. Darren has a special interest in complex knee reconstruction, functioning as the Principal Investigator of the first, global randomized controlled surgical trial in pediatric ACL reconstruction.
A surgeon leader within his community, institution, and greater orthopaedic community, Darren empowers exemplary patient care through elevated clinical expertise, research, and scholarship. Darren currently serves as the Surgical Foundations Program Director, managing the curriculum of future post-graduate surgical trainees across all disciplines; and is concurrently an Associate Editor for KSSTA – the official Journal of the European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy. In addition, Darren leads a productive research program focused on outcomes research in the athletic population and those suffering traumatic, non-arthritic knee conditions.
He has published over 175 peer-reviewed manuscripts (H-index 33), numerous book chapters, and has delivered several podium and poster presentations and invited guest lectures on the national and international stage. With additional roles as Associate Head Orthopaedic Surgeon for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (CFL) and Hamilton Forge FC (CPL) and having recently completed his MBA from the Goodman School of Business (Brock University), Dr. de SA is continuing toward developing an integrated sports medicine community. To this end, he was selected as the first Canadian representative for the Global Travelling Fellowship of the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery, and Orthopaedic Medicine.
Dr. Thomas Wood

Dr. Thomas Wood is an Orthopaedic Surgeon and early career researcher as well as an Assistant Professor at McMaster University (Surgery). He is the Director of the Hamilton Arthroplasty Research Group and the Research Chair for the Canadian Arthroplasty Society. Dr. Wood’s research focuses on improving the outcomes of patients undergoing arthroplasty. Arthroplasty is the definitive treatment for end stage osteoarthritis, the most common cause of disability in older adults worldwide. With aging populations and increasing rates of obesity, rates of osteoarthritis are projected to increase globally well into the middle of the century making arthroplasty a critical area of research related to aging.
Dr. Katie Dalziel

Katie Dalziel is a primary care Sport and Exercise Medicine physician originally from Stoney Creek, now practicing in both in Hamilton and Niagara. Her practice includes diagnosis and management of non-operative musculoskeletal conditions in patients of all ages and activity levels. This includes ultrasound guided cortisone, hyaluronic acid and platelet rich plasma injections for various conditions.
She completed her medical training at Queen’s University, followed by her residency and a fellowship in Sport and Exercise medicine at McMaster University. She is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor (Adjunct) at McMaster University and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at Brock University.
Dr. Dalziel is currently the head physician for the Brock University Badgers and the Hamilton Forge FC (Canadian Premier League). She is also a team physician for the Hamilton Tiger Cats and recently acted as the Chief Medical Officer for the 2022 Canada Summer Games. She continues with work with high level athletes from the local to international level including previous coverage with Lacrosse Canada, Wrestling Canada, Soccer Canada, Cycling Canada and Ball Hockey Canada.
Locally in the Niagara region she acts as a consulting physician for Niagara College, Fort Erie International Academy and Crystal Beach Academy.
Dr. Kamal Bali

Born and raised in India, Dr Bali completed his medical school at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. During his orthopaedic residency at University of Ottawa, he was consistently a high achiever, winning multiple teaching and academic awards. He achieved the rare distinction of scoring 100th percentile amongst all test takers in the American Orthopaedic In-Training Exam for the year 2018. Dr. Bali is extensively trained and has completed his advanced fellowships in joint replacement surgery from Australia, Calgary, and University of Western Ontario. In addition, he is also fellowship trained in Trauma Surgery.
Dr. Bali also has his Masters degree in Health Research Methodology from McMaster University. He is also American Orthopedic Board Eligible by virtue of having recently cleared his ABOS part 1 exam. Dr. Bali specializes in all aspect of hip and knee replacement. His specific clinical interests include minimally invasive direct anterior hip arthroplasty as well as complex primary/revision arthroplasty of hip and knee. He has special interest and expertise in complex pelvic and acetabular reconstructions for metastatic disease.
Dr. Bali is the orthopaedic lead for combined Hemophilia-Orthopaedic program in the region and provides orthopaedic care to patients with complex hematological abnormalities. His practice is primarily based at the Juravinksi Hospital, Hamilton Health Sciences. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Bali is actively involved in resident and fellow education; arthroplasty research with Hamilton Arthroplasty group; and contributes to several professional organizations. He currently has over 75 publications in various peer reviewed journals of international repute. He currently leads the McMaster Orthopedic Resident Summer Anatomy Course and is the Juravinski Representative for MacOrtho Trainee Selection Sub-Committee.
Dr. Bali serves as CTU Director for residents at the Juravinski site, and he also holds the position of Chief Analytics Officer for MacOrtho’s academic impact on social media and worldwide. Dr. Bali loves spending time with his three girls (two daughters and a physician wife!), who he believes bring out a perfect work-life balance in him.
Dr. Saif Shamshoon
Dr. Saif Shamshoon is a fellowship trained Sports Medicine Physician who specializes in the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal conditions in individuals of all ages. He is also the Associate Head Team Physician for the Hamilton Forge FC soccer team, the Head Team Physician of the Hamilton Cardinals baseball team, and has worked as Travelling Physician with the NextGen Canada Men's Basketball team
Dr. Eugene Maida
Dr. Eugene Maida is Assistant Clinical Professor in the Departments of Medicine (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) with a cross appointment in the Department of Anesthesia at McMaster University. Dr. Maida is a physiatrist and interventional pain physician with a special interest in spine and musculoskeletal medicine. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and later completed subspecialty training in Pain Medicine under the Department of Anesthesia at McMaster University. He has also completed a sports medicine research fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota, with a focus on Ultrasound Guided Musculoskeletal and Peripheral Nerve Interventions, as well as his diplomat in Sports & Exercise Medicine Physician through the Canadian Academy of Sports & Exercise Medicine (CASEM).
Dr. Maida has worked as a team physician with the McMaster University varsity soccer and football teams, Canadian Junior National Basketball Team (NEDA) and is currently the Head Team Physician for the Hamilton Tiger Cats (CFL).
Dr. Maida is also actively involved in resident and medical school education. He currently serves as Section Coordinator for pain medicine teaching in the department Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Education Coordinator for the Pain Medicine residency program under the department of Anaesthesia. Dr. Maida is the current Chair of the Anesthesia pain rounds, and Lecturer for undergraduate introductory pain session for McMaster University medical students.
Dr. Gabby Ghanem
Dr. Gabriella Ghanem is a Physiatrist who completed medical school at the University of Toronto, followed by residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at McMaster University, including a fellowship in Sports and Exercise Medicine. She is a diplomate of both the Canadian Academy of Sport and Exercise Medicine and the Canadian Society of Clinical Neurophysiologists.
Dr. Ghanem's clinical practice includes the management of musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, soft tissue injuries, and peripheral nerve disorders. She has expertise in electrodiagnostic testing (EMG) to support diagnostic clarity, as well as in ultrasound-guided procedures, including cortisone, hyaluronic acid, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and prolotherapy injections. In addition, she provides rehabilitation counselling and orthotic or bracing prescriptions. She enjoys applying these principles while supporting athletes of all ages. She also has a special interest in pediatric rehabilitation and pediatric sports medicine, and provides specialty care at the Ron Joyce Children’s Health Centre.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ghanem enjoys running the trails in Hamilton and playing tennis. She is passionate about helping people stay healthy, active, and happy at every stage of life.
Steven Kapuvari
Stephen Kapuvari is a distinguished graduate of the University of Toronto Physician Assistant Program, class of 2017. With a solid foundation in healthcare, he boasts over 5 years of specialized expertise in Orthopedics, with a strong emphasis on the skillful application of ultrasound-guided therapies.
Before becoming a Physician Assistant, Stephen honed his Radiology acumen during 5-year tenure as a Medical Radiation Technologist in X-ray and CT. His commitment to advancing medical knowledge extends beyond clinical practice, as evidenced by his contributions as an educator. Stephen imparted his deep understanding of Radiology through instructive roles at Camosun College, where he shared his insights with aspiring MRTs. He continues to educate future Physician Assistant at McMaster University and University of Toronto.
