Adam Davidson

Registered Physiotherapist
Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Adam graduated from Lakehead University in 2010 with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Applied Bio-Molecular Science. He then studied at the University of Ottawa, completing a Masters of Science in Microbiology and Immunology. Adam completed his physiotherapy training at McMaster University in 2014.
Since then, Adam has completed extensive post-graduate education, including the Diploma of Advanced Manual Physiotherapy through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He has also completed training in acupuncture, running injuries, and the assessment and treatment of concussions. Adam enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds. He has a special clinical interest in helping active people stay active, or get back to their favourite activities.
Outside of the clinic, Adam loves spending time with his wife and two daughters, especially when there’s an adventure involved. Adam is an avid runner, usually training for his next challenge. A true enthusiast, Adam enjoys playing, watching, and talking about many different sports.

Nathan Centritto

Registered Physiotherapist

Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Nathan completed his Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph in 2015, followed by a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2019.

Nathan works within the hospital system as well as at Highland Orthopaedic Institute. His practice focuses on both neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation, and he also offers in-home physiotherapy for those recovering from surgery, experiencing mobility challenges, or working toward goals within their own home environment.

Nathan is passionate about helping people live their best lives by improving movement, strength, and overall well-being. He supports patients in returning to the activities they love, while also building resilience for long-term health. Whether it’s recovering from injury, maintaining independence, or promoting healthy aging, Nathan is dedicated to reducing barriers and enhancing quality of life for every individual.

Outside of the clinic, Nathan enjoys an active lifestyle. He can often be found weight training, cycling, or exploring the outdoors through hiking and travel. His own commitment to movement and adventure reflects the value he places on mobility, strength, and endurance—not only in his own life, but in the lives of his patients.

Camilla Trojanowski

Resident Physiotherapist

Camilla completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at D’Youville University in Buffalo, New York in 2025. Prior to this, she completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences with First-Class status from Brock University in 2021.

Camilla is passionate about helping patients regain confidence in their bodies through movement and education. She believes that every individual’s journey is unique, and tailors her treatment to support both physical recovery and long-term self-management. By combining manual therapy, functional exercise, and practical strategies, Camilla’s goal is to help patients return to the activities that matter most to them. She stays current with emerging research to provide patients with effective, science-driven interventions.

Outside of the clinic, Camilla enjoys weightlifting, spending time at the cottage, playing with her dog Otis, and traveling as much as she can. Most of all, she values time with her family and friends.

Cindy is the Office Manager at the Dundas location and has been working here since 2006, bringing over 3 decades of experience in Office Administration, Accounting and Customer Service.

Over the years she has gained extensive experience working with several large corporations. Her Professional career revolves on strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks efficiently, communication and maintaining a productive work environment.

Most important, Cindy prides herself with working in her hometown of Dundas and continues to build a close professional relationship with the clients that she truly cares for.

During her leisure time she values spending time with her Husband and their three poodles, listening to Bon Jovi, attending concerts, enjoying time at her cottage and ATVing.
